Hi, I'm Rose Sofio
I love helping golfers get better in a way that actually sticks and makes the game more fun to play.
Golf has been part of my life from the start. I played varsity in high school and went on to compete at the University of Minnesota. After that, I wanted to understand not just how to play, but how people truly improve. I earned my Master’s in Kinesiology with a focus on biomechanics from Auburn University, where I also taught golf as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.
Today, as a Hall of Fame inductee and LPGA Associate, I’ve spent years coaching at the collegiate level and working with golfers of all skill levels.
My approach is simple. I do not just tell you what to fix. I help you understand how your body moves and why it matters, so you can build a swing that feels natural and holds up on the course.
What sets my coaching apart is the balance of high-level expertise and personal attention. My goal is for you to leave each lesson not only swinging better, but knowing exactly why you are.
Let's make you a better golfer today!
